Dr. Yoon was invited to give a talk on the CTAC project at the US-MAC Hot Topic Presentations (Virtual). She discussed our latest results about the Al2O3 back-surface reflectors on CdTe-based solar cells (“Cathodoluminescence Characterization of CdTe PERC-Like Devices”). Ashraful and Etee lead this work. Etee works on nanoscale point-contact fabrications, while Ashraful focuses on the PV performance of group-V doped CdSeTe cells.
