Dr. Yoon teaches ECE 3200 (Introduction to Semiconductor Physics), a junior-level course offered each Spring semester (https://yoon.ece.utah.edu/ece-3200/). This course covers the fundamentals of semiconductor materials and the basic operational principles of semiconductor devices. At the end of the semester, Dr. Yoon organizes a lab tour of Utah’s Nanofab (https://www.nanofab.utah.edu/), giving students an inside look at how semiconductor materials are engineered to produce cutting-edge devices.
